We are Patrick and Bethany, the owners of The Vintage Hitch Co. We are excited that you stopped by to check out our website!

After thinking long and hard about how we could develop a unique business in our area, we came up with the idea of a mobile bar in 2019. Providing a premium bar service and fun experience became our focus. After researching tirelessly for months, a decision was made and the idea of The Vintage Hitch was born!

This 1960’s Shasta had been abandoned for the past decade in a countryside field in Southern Wisconsin. Once we found it, we knew it was perfect for our mobile bar and we were ready to take on the challenge of bringing her back to life.

The adventure began with a few bumps in the road, literally! The first night was spent on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere after getting a flat tire only to realize the spare tire was flat too. After 3 different tire shops, a sleepless night in a gas station parking lot, and almost 24 hours later, the Vintage Hitch finally arrived at it’s new home.

It was overwhelming to decide where to begin but we did our research, came up with a plan, and started in the step by step renovation process. Before we knew it, a deteriorated trailer with rotten wood was beginning to look like something with much potential.

After almost a year, countless hours of work, and help from our family and friends, the vision we once had is now a reality. After finalizing all the small details, we are finally able to label her as complete!
